Join Chef Jason Baum for a beginner’s course in Mead Making. Learn the basics of brewing wines, meads, and beers at home, without breaking the bank. Learn to set up your own brewery at home, gain knowledge of a variety of tools and products that will help with the hobby, and gain some experience with it by making your own mead to take home and ferment. Class for students ages 21+. Fermentation jug, bubbler, sanitation sprayer and batch of must are yours to keep!
