Cooking with Friends

Join Chef CJ for a fun evening of cooking with friends! You and a buddy (or come stag and make a new friend) will prepare New York Strip steaks with compound butter, twice-baked potatoes, and a green salad with vinaigrette. Class is for ages 21+ registration includes one adult beverage. Vegan/Vegetarian options available, just let us know in advance!

“Lady and the Tramp” Date Night

Bring your sweetheart for a date-night of cooking!  We’ll prepare scratch spaghetti with pomodoro sauce, Caesar salads, and enjoy Tiramisu for dessert! Quidditch Cooking Challenge

Head to Platform 9 3/4 to join Headmaster Kara Fairfield for this magical Harry Potter themed cooking class! Chefs will be assigned to houses and cook in teams to compete for the headmaster’s favor! Prepare and enjoy a meal of Pumpkin Soup, Butter-Beer-Basted Pork Loin, Roasted Mandrakes, and Cauldron Cakes! Class is for Wizards ages 21+ and each registration includes an adult beverage.

You can choose to embellish your planters with wizardry symbols such as Hogwarts Houses, the Deathly Hollows, Weasley Wheezes, the Dark Mark, the Three Broomsticks, and more!

Intro to Broom Making: Cobweb Broom

in

Make a cobweb broom in the traditional style, this lightweight broom is great for reaching cobwebs. These brooms are functional but make great decorative items, and great gifts! Learn the basic weaving techniques used to make a broom, with natural broomcorn (sorghum) and organic handles. Leave with a completed project, maybe two.   No experience is required for this project.
