Raspberry and White Chocolate Éclairs
Join Chef Noel in learning how to make pate au choux, the foundation for great eclairs and profiteroles. Finish up with at least a dozen raspberry crème eclairs to take home and share. This class is for students ages 9-12 accompanied by an adult. Please sign up for 1-seat per child/adult pair.
