Prep-3 in 60 Minutes
Join Chef Alex in prepping out 3 day’s worth of meals for a family of 4! You’ll receive a shopping list and recipes 1 week ahead of class, gather your own groceries before we “meet”, then you’ll cook along with Alex from your own kitchen! Class requires that you have access to internet, and a device that you can have in your kitchen to watch/listen to instruction via Google-Meets. Class is for ages 16+, but feel free to have the kids help!
February Menu: Sausage and Lentil Soup with Spinach; Bake-Later Caribbean Chicken Thighs with Mango Chutney; Cajun Jambalaya with Sausage and Shrimp; Grill and Chill Salmon Fillet for Salad with scratch dressing!
March Menu: Chicken Posole Soup, Marinated Steak Tacos with Pickled Onions, Mexican Corn Salad, and Adobo Shrimp Skewers with Lime Rice!
