Homemade Caramels

Join Chef/Owner Annie Brown of Laughing Bees Honey for a masterclass in caramels! You’ll learn about different caramel making techniques, the science behind making caramels, how to troubleshoot if things go wrong, and some of chef’s tips to help you make the perfect caramels! You’ll go home with a batch of your own delicious caramels, and a silicone mold to practice with at home! Class is for ages 14+.

Boozy St. Patty’s Day Cupcakes

Join Chef Noel in whipping up some boozy cupcakes for St. Patrick’s Day! You’ll decorate premade chocolate peppermint patty cupcakes, and pick which booze infusion you’d like to add!  This class is for adults ages 21+.  Students work in teams of two and each take home 12 cupcakes.

“Lady and the Tramp” Date Night

Bring your sweetheart for a date-night of cooking!  We’ll prepare scratch spaghetti with pomodoro sauce, Caesar salads, and enjoy Tiramisu for dessert! Recreating the “spaghetti kiss” scene is optional. Class is for ages 21+ each registration includes 2 adult drinks. Sign up for 1 “seat” per couple.

Croissants from Scratch

Join Chef Noel for a lesson in making croissants from scratch! You’ll create your own dough from scratch, then work with our pre-risen dough to learn the process of lamination, make-up, and baking beautiful croissants. This class is for bakers ages 13-16.

Join Chef Noel for this two-week class in Mystery Cooking! Kiddos will team up to prepare delicious (kid friendly) dinners with mystery ingredients while being guided by the chef! This class is a great way to get kids interested in cooking, and maybe even eating something new! Class is for ages 7-10.

Prep-3 in 60 Minutes

Join Chef Alex in prepping out 3 day’s worth of meals for a family of 4! You’ll receive a shopping list and recipes 1 week ahead of class, gather your own groceries before we “meet”, then you’ll cook along with Alex from your own kitchen!  Class requires that you have access to internet, and a device that you can have in your kitchen to watch/listen to instruction via Google-Meets. Class is for ages 16+, but feel free to have the kids help!

February Menu:  Sausage and Lentil Soup with Spinach; Bake-Later Caribbean Chicken Thighs with Mango Chutney; Cajun Jambalaya with Sausage and Shrimp; Grill and Chill Salmon Fillet for Salad with scratch dressing!

March Menu:  Chicken Posole Soup, Marinated Steak Tacos with Pickled Onions, Mexican Corn Salad, and Adobo Shrimp Skewers with Lime Rice!
